This page documents exactly how Loudmouth Creative, LLC (“Loudmouth”) collects consent before sending SMS messages. Loudmouth operates a private platform at getloudmouth.work used by our staff and contracted clients. Phone numbers are never purchased, rented, or sourced from third parties — every recipient gives explicit consent through one of the two flows below.
Program Overview
- Program name: Loudmouth SMS Notifications
- Message types: Transactional only — posting and scheduling reminders (to team members); content plan review requests, invoice and billing notifications (to clients). No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent.
- Message frequency: Varies by account activity; recipients may receive multiple messages per week.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Help: Reply HELP or email hello@getloudmouth.work.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages.
Opt-In Flow 1 — Team Members
Team members (admins, social media managers, designers) are invited to the platform by email. During account setup, they enter their mobile number and must check a consent box that is unchecked by default. SMS consent is optional — leaving the box unchecked still completes setup. The consent timestamp is recorded when the box is checked and the form is submitted.

Exact consent language shown to the user: “I agree to receive SMS notifications for posting and scheduling reminders from Loudmouth. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.”
Opt-In Flow 2 — Clients (Double Opt-In)
Clients consent in writing as part of signing their service agreement with Loudmouth Creative, LLC. To confirm that consent electronically before any SMS is sent, an account manager triggers a confirmation email to the client. The client must click Confirm SMS Notifications in that email — only then is a consent timestamp recorded and SMS enabled. No message is ever sent to a client who has not clicked through.

After clicking, the client sees a confirmation page: “Confirmed! You’ll receive SMS notifications from Loudmouth for invoices, billing updates, and content review links. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.”

Privacy & Data Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers are never shared with any third parties. Phone numbers are transmitted only to our messaging provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the transactional messages above.
