1. Who We Are
Loudmouth Creative, LLC is a social media content agency. We operate our public website at getloudmouth.us and a private client platform at getloudmouth.work (“Loudmouth HQ”) used by our team and contracted clients for social media management, content calendar creation, content review, and billing.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: Name, email address, job title, and role.
- Phone number: Collected voluntarily during account setup or client onboarding for SMS notifications.
- Usage data: Content calendar activity, scheduled posts, and billing interactions within the platform.
- Consent records: Timestamps recording when SMS consent was given.
- Contact form submissions: Information you send us through getloudmouth.us, used only to respond to your inquiry.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide and improve Loudmouth’s services. Specifically:
- Team members receive SMS notifications for posting and scheduling reminders.
- Clients receive SMS notifications for invoices, billing updates, and content review links.
- We do not send unsolicited marketing messages or share your phone number with third parties.
4. SMS Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You can also contact us directly to request removal. After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-consent.
5. Pinterest Integration
Loudmouth HQ integrates with the Pinterest API to allow clients to browse their own Pinterest boards and saved pins as visual references within their content planning workflow.
- Authentication: Pinterest data is only accessed after a user explicitly authenticates via Pinterest’s official OAuth flow. We never access Pinterest data without your direct consent.
- Data accessed: Read-only access to your Pinterest boards and pins (boards:read, pins:read, user_accounts:read). We do not request write permissions and do not post to Pinterest on your behalf.
- How it’s used: Pinterest board and pin data is displayed within your content calendar session solely as visual inspiration. It is not stored on our servers beyond your active session.
- No data selling or sharing: We do not sell, transfer, or share your Pinterest data with any third party.
- Revoking access: You can revoke access at any time via Pinterest Settings → Security → Apps with access to your Pinterest account.
6. Google Drive Integration
Loudmouth HQ integrates with Google Drive to allow team members to attach files, export content plans, and share assets within the platform workflow.
- Authentication: Google Drive is accessed only after you authenticate via Google’s official OAuth flow. We request only the permissions necessary to read and upload files on your behalf.
- Data accessed: We access files you explicitly select or export through the platform. We do not scan, index, or read the contents of your broader Google Drive.
- How it’s used: Files are attached to content calendar entries or used for PDF/document exports. We do not store your Google Drive credentials on our servers.
- Revoking access: You can revoke access at any time via Google Account Settings → Security → Third-party apps with account access.
- Google’s policy: Google’s privacy policy applies to all data processed through their services (policies.google.com/privacy).
7. Payment Processing (Stripe)
Loudmouth uses Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, to process invoice payments.
- Card handling: When you pay an invoice, your card details are entered directly with Stripe over an encrypted connection and are never transmitted to or stored on Loudmouth’s servers.
- Data accessed: We receive payment confirmations, amounts, status, and limited card metadata (card brand, last four digits, expiration). We never receive or store full card numbers.
- No data selling: Payment data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
- Stripe’s policy: Stripe’s privacy policy applies to all payment data it processes (stripe.com/privacy).

Loudmouth SMS Notifications
Description
Loudmouth sends transactional SMS notifications to team members and clients. Messages include posting and scheduling reminders (to team members), and content plan review requests, invoice and billing notifications (to clients). No marketing messages are sent.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on your role and active projects.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
How to Opt In
Consent is always explicit, opt-in is never checked by default, and we never purchase, rent, or source phone numbers from third parties:
- Team members opt in during account setup by entering their mobile number and checking a consent box (unchecked by default): “I agree to receive SMS notifications for posting and scheduling reminders from Loudmouth. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.”
- Clients opt in via double opt-in: an account manager sends a confirmation email, and the client must click Confirm SMS Notifications before any SMS is sent. A consent timestamp is recorded at that moment.
See exactly how opt-in works, including the consent screens and message samples, at getloudmouth.us/sms-opt-in.
How to Get Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at hello@getloudmouth.work.
How to Opt Out

Privacy & Data Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent and your phone number are never shared with any third parties. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the transactional messages described above and is transmitted only to our messaging provider (Twilio) for the purpose of delivering those messages. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
